Part Procurement

Carleton Controls has relationships with many key manufacturers that can assist in the location of manufacturers for obsolete or difficult to procure parts. We specialize in mechanical parts or mechanical assemblies.

Fabricating Custom Parts, Assemblies, or Kits

Oftentimes our customers find themselves in need of a part that is no longer manufactured. This can occur when a supplier discontinues their product line, closes a facility, or is absorbed by another entity.

In these situations, we are able to support our customers by using the available documentation to manufacture the parts, assemblies, or kits, in order to continue sustainment of the system.

Reverse Engineering

When all documentation is missing, and a manufactured part is needed, Carleton Controls can offer reverse engineering of a mechanical component to allow the remanufacturing of obsolete parts.

This service is offered to our customers in order to maintain the operation of their equipment when all other options are unavailable. Our team uses a combination of manual measurements, coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), and prototypes, to manufacture a replacement part, assembly, or kit.
