Carleton Controls provides design engineering services on a variety of different systems for its government customers. Drawings are created in compliance with ASME Y14 Standards.
Controls Engineering
The Carleton Controls team has engineers with over three decades of experience with control systems and automation. We regularly design systems that utilize PLCs programmable logic controllers (PLCs) that connect with human machine interface (HMI) equipment to monitor systems and/or perform specific tasks.
Our team can assist with the design, acquisition, programming, and installation of systems as a retrofit for your equipment, or combined with a new design that includes mechanical and electrical engineering.
Electrical Engineering
Our team of electrical engineers utilize 2D computer aided design software to design, develop, and document electrical engineering projects.
We can run an entire project, or be a reliable sub-contractor, for government or commercial electrical engineering projects. We specialize in the development of in-house test stands and test equipment, as well as retrofit projects for obsolete products.
Mechanical Engineering
Our mechanical engineering team utilizes SolidWorks software for 3D mechanical designs of new systems, as well as the retrofitting of existing systems.
We often integrate our mechanical design work, with our electrical and control designs, in order to provide our customers with a complete solution.
