Expedited procurement for the DLA at Hill AFB to support the ICBM Program
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), located at Hill Air Force Base in Utah, was looking for a supplier to provide filter assemblies, in an expedited time frame.
Carleton Controls accepted the challenge. The manufactured parts were procured from various sources, the units were assembled and tested at Carleton Controls, and then delivered to the DLA three months faster than any other supplier could provide, thereby meeting the DLA objective.
The following tasks were performed to meet the objective:
